Booking Form If you would prefer not to book online, you can download a booking form here (PDF format 25kb) and return it by post or fax.
Right to cancel: You can cancel and withdraw from your booking within 2 weeks of your reservation. No reason is necessary for the withdrawal, which must be given in writing (an e-mail will suffice). RSGB EVENTS may at its own discretion accept cancellation of your booking at any time up to two weeks before the event (this is subject to a small handling fee - details on request). Bookings cancelled within two weeks of the event are unfortunately not refundable.
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that any event is cancelled, RSGB EVENTS will make a full refund of monies paid less any credit card commision charged. RSGB EVENTS will however not accept any liability for any consequential losses incurred by its clients as a result of any cancellation. RSGB EVENTS encourages it's clients to take advantage of suitable travel insurance to cover this and other potential issues surrounding the event.
Credit Card Charges RSGB EVENTS would like to encourage all it's customers to make use of a debit card (switch, visa delta etc) rather than credit cards. Unfortunately we need to make an additional 3% charge for the use of credit cards to defer the charges imposed by the credit card companies. This is not shown at checkout from our site but will be applied to the written confirmation you recieve in the post. This cost can be avoided by the use of a debit card for which we make no additional charge.

Special Requirements If you have any special requirements or needs regarding your booking you must contact us (at any of the addresses above) detailing these. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to accommodate your booking and cancellation with a 100% loss of any monies paid by you. All special requests (disabled rooms, vegetarian meals etc) are met sympathetically but we cannot guarantee that they can be accommodated or be held liable if they are not supplied.

All accommodation is within the Wyboston Lake complex but we cannot guarantee any particular room or accommodation block. Rooms are allocated on a first come first served basis with the closest being allocated first. No room will be more than a short walk from the centre of activities.
